  • Non-usage of service after payment

3. Subscription Terms

• All subscriptions are prepaid digital services delivered over platforms such as WhatsApp.
• Subscription access is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who made the payment.
• Once a subscription is activated, it will remain valid for the committed duration (6 or 12 months) and cannot be paused, cancelled, or reassigned.

4. Cancellation of Services by Company

• The Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify any service at its sole discretion.
• In such rare events, users may or may not be notified in advance, and no refund or compensation shall be offered.
• Access to content already delivered or made available will remain valid during the original subscription period unless legally restricted.

5. User-Initiated Cancellations

• Users may choose to opt out of auto-renewal at the end of their committed period, but no refunds will be provided.
• Requests to “cancel” a subscription midway will not entitle users to any refund, reversal, or service modification.

• You agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation, as determined by the Company.
